Class Overview:

Learning how to create marketing that works, feels authentic and you can get excited about is liberating. It gives you freedom from feeling haunted by all the marketing ‘shoulds’. It allows you to let go of feeling enslaved by an algorithm and remember that a thriving social media presence is not the only pathway to success. This class is for the photographers that want to make art, share art and make a living without selling their soul.

What you will learn:

  • How to let go of feeling icky about marketing

  • Why marketing and art aren’t as different as you think

  • How to have a business that feels authentically YOU

  • Why your curiosity is your superpower in business

  • How to create marketing that feels genuine and true

  • Why marketing that feels gross never works

  • Why social media is not a marketing plan

  • The one marketing technique all artists should use and why it works

Plus all students will walk away with:

  • The TFA framework which will help you understand when marketing works and when it doesn’t BEFORE you launch anything

  • A personalised brand map for your business

Student Reviews:

“Bec's Marketing for Artists class is excellent! If you are either hoping to build a business around your art, or if you are already running the business but want to make your marketing and business goals line up so you can execute against them, her class is for you. She does a great job of acknowledging the psychological components that hold artists back from marketing and selling their work. She also gives tools to dispel stories we tell ourselves that keep artists from building a business, like the lurking "impostor syndrome". Bec methodically offers building blocks that lead students to create their own full-blown marketing plan. I recommend her class highly!” -Martha Janney
